Robert Taylor
Founder, CEO & General Counsel
Robert Taylor is the Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of 360 Law Group, a global legal services platform that combines regulated legal practice with advanced legal technology and an international network of lawyers.
Called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1999, Robert has built a career spanning legal practice, regulatory governance and the development of modern legal service models designed to meet the evolving needs of businesses operating in an increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment.
As CEO, Robert leads the strategic direction and international development of the Group, overseeing the continued expansion of its global legal services platform and the integration of innovative legal technologies that enhance efficiency, accessibility and client service.
In his role as General Counsel, Robert is responsible for governance, regulatory oversight and risk management across the Group’s regulated legal entities. He has extensive experience in commercial and corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance and legal technology, and has played a central role in developing the operational and governance structures that support the organisation’s modern legal services model.
Robert has also been closely involved in the design and development of the Group’s proprietary legal platforms, including AI-assisted contract review systems and technology-enabled legal workflows that support lawyers in delivering efficient, accurate and commercially focused legal advice.
Under his leadership, 360 Law Group continues to develop a modern international legal services platform that combines experienced lawyers, strong regulatory standards and advanced technology to deliver practical and cost-effective legal solutions for clients across multiple jurisdictions.
Anthony Gahan
Chairman
Anthony Gahan is Chairman of 360 Law Group and supports the organisation’s strategic growth, international expansion and engagement with global clients, investors and professional partners.
He brings more than 35 years of experience in international investment banking and corporate advisory work. Anthony is a founding partner of Wyvern Partners, a London-based investment banking advisory firm advising founders, management teams, companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and strategic corporate transactions across multiple sectors.
During his career, Anthony has advised on numerous public and private market transactions and has served on the boards of several companies as Chairman or Non-Executive Director. His sector experience includes financial services, media, technology, data and fintech.
Prior to co-founding Wyvern Partners, Anthony held senior executive and board positions at leading financial institutions including Lehman Brothers and Robert Fleming & Co. Limited. Earlier in his career he worked in corporate finance at Charterhouse Bank and National Westminster Bank.
Anthony is also an Executive Fellow at King’s Business School, King’s College London, where he contributes to teaching in private equity and corporate finance.

James Taylor
Chief Operating Officer
James Taylor is Chief Operating Officer of 360 Law Group and is responsible for the Group’s operational strategy, technology infrastructure and internal systems.
He leads the development and management of the operational and digital frameworks that underpin the firm’s international legal practice, ensuring that lawyers and clients benefit from secure, efficient and modern legal technology
James has played a central role in shaping the Group’s technology-enabled legal model, overseeing the design and development of the firm’s proprietary case management and legal technology systems, together with the integration of advanced tools that enhance productivity, operational efficiency and client service.
Working closely with the leadership team, he supports the firm’s international operations and ensures that its technology and operational infrastructure can effectively support lawyers and clients operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Through his work, James helps ensure that 360 Law Group operates as a scalable, secure and modern global legal services organisation.
Lisa Taylor
HR Director
Lisa Taylor is Director of Human Resources at 360 Law Group and leads the organisation’s global recruitment and people strategy.
She is responsible for attracting, supporting and developing lawyers and professional staff across the Group’s international legal network, helping to ensure that the organisation continues to build a strong and collaborative global legal community.
Lisa works closely with the leadership team to develop recruitment strategies, professional development initiatives and organisational policies that support the firm’s continued international growth.
Her work focuses on identifying talented legal professionals who wish to practise within a modern and flexible legal services platform while maintaining the high professional and regulatory standards expected of an internationally connected legal organisation.
Through her leadership in recruitment and human resources, Lisa plays an important role in strengthening the global legal network that underpins the continued development of 360 Law Group.
