360 Law Group is shortlisted for Most Innovative Firm of the Year in the British Legal Technology Awards

We’re delighted to announce that 360 Law Group has been shortlisted as a finalist in the British Legal Technology Awards 2020 for Most Innovative Firm of the Year.

As one of the first virtual law firms in the UK legal market and the first to offer legal services on both a regulated and unregulated basis, we have always been committed to our goal of creating a legal practice that truly responds to the needs of the modern consumer.

Just take our V-Sign Remote Witnessing Service as an example – in light of the ever-changing Covid-19 crisis, we acted fast to launch a virtual solution that would enable insolvency practitioners to sign off MVL documents without the need for face-to-face contact.

A week after we introduced this service, it was officially endorsed by Companies House. Ahead of a temporary change to legislation that will enable virtual witness signing of Wills, we’ve adapted the system to make this process as simple and easy for clients of our regulated practice, 360 Law Services.

This illustrates our mission not to innovate for innovations sake or to adopt the latest technology to stay on trend, but to adapt and develop our offering to respond to the pain points of consumers in the current market. We regularly evaluate our systems and processes to find areas for improvement.

In 2018, we made the decision to build our own cloud-based case management platform that would reflect our own business model, enhance efficiency and deliver a seamless client experience.

The platform has proven revolutionary for our business; our new case management system now gives clients one central place in which they can track the status of all their matters, monitor matter work hours if required, and view estimated return dates for the initial stages of the matter. Not only has it integrated perfectly with our existing processes and platforms, but it has boosted productivity across our entire network.

It’s an honour to be recognised by NetLaw Media in this category alongside other esteemed law firms – view the full list of finalists here. The winners will be announced at the British Legal Technology Awards on November 12th.
